Please note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from commercial use, abnormal use, normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage to the paint or finish. Additionally, refunds are not provided under our warranty.

For returning defective products, please send them directly to ICECREAMZZILLA LLC using suitable packaging to avoid any damage during transit. Remember to include an original copy of the receipt with your return. Please note that ICECREAMZZILLA LLC is not liable for any shipping and handling costs associated with returns
How to File a Warranty Claim?
ICECREAMZZILLA LLC will replace your product free of charge in the instance of a manufacturer defect
Before sending you product back, please contact us via email at Icecreamzzilla@gmail.com with the following information:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Product being returned
- Reason for warranty claim
- Photo copy of reciept
- Date of purchase
- Photo of warranty issue
- Ship to address to return repaired or replacement product
After processing your claim, we will get in touch with you to arrange the return of your product. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email providing updates on the status of your warranty claim and the estimated ship date for your new replacement, if applicable.
